I had contacted 11 other heating companies to replace a broken boiler and all except 2 had ignored my messages. Of the two that had turned up one wasn't qualified and the other quoted a price twice that of Tech One. I reached out to the Gas Safe Register and received Tech One's details. From the start Shaun was really helpful and moved things around so he could help. He turned up when he said he would, was neat and tidy and explained everything so their were no surprises. I shared the initial quote and final works with my father (retired from the industry) who confirmed the high standards of work. I honestly will never be using anybody else for my heating/plumbing needs and have already booked in for next year's boiler service.
